Do you deliver and if so, how much does it cost?

A minimum order of $100 is required for delivery. The delivery fee is $1 per mile round trip within 30 miles of our location. Uber Courier services may be utilized for small packages outside of our delivery range.

 

Do you ship?

We do NOT ship ANY food items. Decor items such as edible images, custom toppers and supplies are shipped nationwide. We ONLY ship to the continental United States.

 

How far in advance should I order?

We book up very quickly and are often booked a month or two in advance. It is recommended that you confirm your order as quickly as possible.

 

Do you offer tastings?

We currently offer tastings for weddings only. Please reach out to us for specific details on our tasting box.

 

Do you offer set up and decor?

We offer limited setup and display rentals for all sweets and cake tables. 

 

What if I need to cancel my order?

We will work with you to the best of our abilities. All retainers are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Orders canceled less than two weeks in advance will not be refunded. Orders canceled with thirty days notice or more, will be refunded any monies paid sans the retainer.

 

Do you bake for those with food allergies?

We are happy and able to cater to those with intolerances or mild allergies to common ingredients. Our bakery however is NOT 100% free from allergens thus cross contamination may occur in rare instances.

 

Do you bake vegan?

Yes! We are proud to offer a variety of cake flavors that can accommodate vegan requirements.

Do you bake gluten free?

No. We no longer offer any selection of gluten free baked goods but we would be happy to recommend some local favorites of those who do.

Do you bake sugar free?

No. We no longer offer any sugar free baked goods. We can accommodate requests for low sugar in smash cakes but we do not offer any sugar replacements.

 

What form of payments do you accept?

We prefer that all orders be paid safely and securely through the emailed invoice you receive. If you are unable to utilize the invoice or are having trouble, we accept Zelle. We do NOT accept cash on delivery or any form of check.

 

Do you have cakes or sweets ready to sell each day?

Our bakery shack, River Rat Bake Shack is open every Sunday at 8am and offers a rotating menu of amazing baked goods and sweets. The menu is posted on our social media pages.
